How do I order?
There are 4 ways you can place an order:

Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount. Many surgical facilities order by the each instead of larger full box counts.
How soon will my order ship?
All FedEx Ground and Express orders placed by 5:00pm EST are processed and shipped the same day.
What are your payment methods?
We accept credit card, PayPal or ACH payments.
What are your shipping methods?
Our standard shipping method for all orders (except those addressed to P.O. boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii) will be FedEx Ground with detailed tracking from shipment to delivery. We use FedEx for expedited shipping and can do First Overnight, Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, Second Day and Express Saver. We can use UPS if you prefer them as your delivery company. Customers are always welcome to use their own shipping accounts for additional savings and we never charge a handling fee.

Where does your supply come from?
We purchase devices from U.S. based hospitals and surgery centers. We step in and purchase in bulk when large health systems supply chains undergo conversions, trials, physician departures and contract changes.
How do I view your inventory to find products to purchase?
Simply type in an OEM part number in the search bar and you will see product description, quantity available and pricing. You can always call us at 800-301-5376.
How do I find out about special sales events?
We run special sales during the year and if you want a notification simply click here. You’ll be notified of all special pricing events via email.
Are your products in-date and sealed in the original equipment manufacturer’s packaging?
Yes, we have products that are long-dated and in the original OEM packaging. We do not reprocess, resterilize, relabel or alter products in any way. Our quality control team performs a detailed check of all medical devices entering and leaving our warehouse. Our management team has nearly 40 years of operating room experience, so we know what devices are suitable for your surgical suites.
How long is the expiration dating before the device expires?
In-date devices generally have 3-5 years until expiration.
Do you offer volume discounts or purchasing plans?
Yes, we work with each customer to create a custom purchasing plan that typically yields larger discounts.
